The ZJL series vertical slurry pump features a vertical, axial suction, single-stage, single-suction, single-casing, centrifugal design. Incorporating innovations based on domestic and international counterparts, this pump series excels in both structural design and flow component materials. It offers high efficiency, energy savings, superior wear and corrosion resistance, minimal vibration, low noise, reliable operation, and extended service life — placing it at the forefront of industry performance. It is ideally suited for pit slurry transport in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. The ZJL model features flow passage components made from wear-resistant metal. Components immersed in liquid are lined with rubber, making them ideal for abrasive slurries without sharp edges. 

Different pump shaft lengths or suction pipes are available to accommodate varying slurry pit liquid levels. 

The pump’s adjustable speed and multiple configuration options enable it to operate under optimal conditions, ensuring long service life and high operational efficiency, even under the most challenging transport conditions. 

Structural and Installation Design

The ZJL pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump, with its inlet positioned vertically downward and outlet vertically upward on the opposite side. Its primary components include a bottom strainer, pump body, impeller, shaft, protective plate, and support structure, with an upper bearing assembly for added support. The pump is installed underwater, eliminating the need for a shaft seal. The flow passage components are made from highly wear-resistant materials for extended durability.  
This series supports two transmission types: BD (Belt Drive) and DC (Direct Drive). The submersion depth is customizable within standard dimensions based on user requirements.  
With over 50 different models, this pump operates efficiently across a flow rate range of 4 m³/h to 1150 m³/h and a head range of 3 m to 82 m.
